The early phases are collaborative and, we hope, a genuine pleasure. The later ones are simply yours to live. Throughout, the work is ours to hold.

Phase One · PlanningWe begin together

A conversation to start

Every journey begins with a short call. You fill out a brief form first, just your ideas, the people traveling, and what you are hoping for, so we arrive already understanding your starting point. It is a real conversation, not a sales pitch. The call is $75, credited toward your planning fee. The Reserve is the one path that needs no call.

We agree on the right fit

Once we know which path suits your trip, your planning fee is set and confirmed before any work begins. It covers our time, expertise, and access, and is never added to the cost of your trip. A clear place to begin.

Phase Two · DesignThe fun part, together

We imagine it with you

For The Compass and every path above it, we go deeper in a dedicated session, what the trip is really for, who is coming, the pace, the feeling you are chasing. It is meant to be joyful, the part where the trip takes shape and possibilities open up you had not thought of.

We design the journey

Then we build it from the ground up, around you. Never a template. Places are chosen for how they feel, not only how they rate. The Compass and The Atlas arrive as a beautiful plan to follow, with a few rounds of iteration; The Odyssey and above are refined with you the same way, until every piece is right.

Phase Three · BookingOurs to handle

We book it all

The Reserve is a hotel booking, we secure your stay through our partner network so the property knows you are coming before you arrive. Every other path is everything else: your stays, your transfers, and the pieces that make the trip run, all booked by us. Flights are the one exception: with The Compass and The Atlas we guide you to book them yourself, and with The Odyssey we will book them for you if you wish.

Phase Four · DepartureYours from here

You leave knowing everything is handled

Before you go, we walk you through all of it: every confirmation, every contact, every transfer. The Reserve receives its confirmations directly; every other path receives a single, beautifully organized travel document, and a conversation before you leave so it all feels settled.

Phase Five · TravelThe whole point

You go, and you are simply there

This is what all of it was for. You are present, and the world does what it does to people who are paying attention. The best moments will be the ones you stumbled into, because the plan left exactly the right amount of room. This is where the memories are made, without your ever having carried the weight of the work.

Phase Six · AfterWe stay in it with you

We hear how it went

When you come home, the deeper paths include a real conversation about the trip, what moved you, what we should carry into next time. For The Collection, there is also a yearly look ahead. The relationship grows with every trip. That is the whole idea.

goes a long way.

Lead Time

The earlier we begin, the better

The best places fill up months ahead, and the loveliest details take time to arrange. We ask for at least 90 days before you travel. Closer than that, we will still do all we can, though a 20% expedited fee applies. There is no penalty for dreaming early.

The Fee

Clear, upfront, never hidden

Your planning fee is confirmed before any work starts and is never folded into your trip cost. The $75 consultation is credited toward it. If you decide not to go forward, that $75 is non-refundable, but the conversation gives you real direction either way.
