Two things to know
before we start.

Plan at least 90 days out

Extraordinary travel requires time. The best properties sell out months in advance. Exclusive experiences require lead time to arrange. Event tickets for the Olympics, major sporting events, and cultural festivals often require booking a year or more ahead.

All engagements are expected a minimum of 90 days before travel. For inquiries within 90 days of departure, a 20% expedited service fee applies to the planning fee, reflecting the additional urgency required to deliver the Moments of Sonder standard.

Every journey begins with a $75 call

Before any planning begins, every client starts with a $75 consultation call with Priscilla. This is a focused conversation, not a sales pitch. It is how we understand your travel vision, your group, your purpose, and which service tier is the right fit for what you need.

This $75 is credited toward your planning fee at whichever tier you choose. If you decide not to move forward, it is non-refundable. The Reserve (hotel-only booking) is the only service that does not require a consultation call.

The Consultation Call

When you book your $75 consultation call, you complete a short intake form before we ever speak. It asks for your contact information and your initial travel ideas, destinations you have been dreaming about, the kind of experience you are hoping for, who you are traveling with, and anything else on your mind. This form is not a formality. It is the preparation that makes the conversation meaningful.

When you and Priscilla sit down, she already understands your starting point. The call goes deeper faster. You are not spending the first twenty minutes explaining yourself. You are already in the real conversation, the one that helps you both understand what this journey truly needs to be. The $75 is credited toward your planning fee when you move forward. If you do not, it is non-refundable, but the conversation itself will have given you genuine clarity and direction.

Planning Fee & Engagement

Once we have agreed on the right service tier, your planning fee is confirmed and collected. This is the commitment that begins our working relationship. It is non-refundable, and it is never applied toward the cost of your trip. It is purely the fee for Priscilla's expertise, time, and access.

For Tier I (The Compass), this is the flat $300 per-destination fee. For Tier II, it is confirmed on the consultation call based on the scope and complexity of your journey, with a structure starting at $750 and capping at $1,500. For Tier III, it is discussed privately and reflects the full managed nature of the experience.

Discovery Session

For Tier II and above, we go deeper. A dedicated discovery session, separate from the consultation call, is where Priscilla asks the questions that most travel planning completely skips. What is the purpose of this journey? Is it a celebration, a reconnection, an exploration, a pilgrimage? What does this trip need to feel like, not just look like, when you are living it?

Your preferences, your group's dynamic, your pace, your non-negotiables, and your wildest hopes for the journey are all captured here. This is the foundation on which everything is built.

Itinerary Design

Priscilla builds your itinerary from the ground up. Not a template. Not a catalogue selection. A fully custom, day-by-day journey designed around who you are, where you are going, and what this trip is meant to do for you. Properties are chosen for their soul as much as their stars. Experiences are sequenced so the journey has a rhythm and a pace that lets wonder actually land.

For Tier I (The Compass), you receive a destination overview, accommodation options, itinerary outline, dining recommendations, and ground transportation coordination. For Tier II and III, the itinerary is fully executable, with everything built out and ready to book.

Bookings Confirmed

What gets booked depends on your service tier, and we want to be clear about exactly what that looks like.

Tier I (The Compass): Moments of Sonder books your hotel, activating preferred partner relationships so you arrive with the right amenities and recognition. Ground transportation coordination is included. Dining recommendations are yours to book directly. Flights are not booked, but suggestions are provided. All other bookings are yours to handle using our curated guidance.

Tier II and above: We handle accommodations, restaurant reservations, ground transportation, private guides, and pre-booked excursions and activities. For cruise and rail travel, cabin selection and all related booking coordination is managed on your behalf. Flights are an optional add-on at Tier II. At Tier III, flight coordination is fully included, with private air quotes available upon request.

At every tier, every booking runs through Priscilla's preferred partner network. The hotel knows you are arriving before you do.

Pre-Departure Briefing

Before you leave, Priscilla walks you through everything. Every confirmation number, every contact at every property, every transfer arranged, every experience reserved. You will know exactly what to expect from the moment you land. You will not arrive wondering what comes next. You will arrive ready.

Every client receives a branded Moments of Sonder itinerary before departure. For Tier I clients, this is a beautifully presented suggested guide for your destination. For Tier II and above, it is a fully executable document covering every booking, contact, and confirmation, all in one place.

You Travel

This is the part we designed everything for. You go. You are present. You let the world do what it does to people who are paying attention. The best moments of your journey will not be the ones we planned. They will be the ones you stumbled into because the itinerary gave you exactly the right amount of structure and exactly the right amount of space.

This is where the memories are formed. The conversation on the train that your family will still be quoting fifteen years from now. The morning your child sees something for the first time and you watch wonder cross their face. The dinner that turned into something more than dinner. Traveling with the people you love is one of the most precious gifts you will ever give them, and this is the moment all the planning was for.

For Tier II, limited support is available during travel for questions and guidance. For Tier III and Track B, Priscilla is on call throughout your journey. If something shifts, she handles it. You keep going.

Post-Trip Follow-Up

When you return, Priscilla checks in. Every client, every journey. This is not a formal process or a tier benefit. It is simply what good service looks like. She wants to know how it went, what moved you, what surprised you, and whether there is anything she should know for next time. That conversation matters to her personally, and it is how the agency continues to grow.

Your experience, honestly shared, shapes how future journeys are designed, for you and for the clients who come after you. The feedback loop is part of what makes every Moments of Sonder experience better than the last.

For Track B clients in The Collection, there is additionally a formal Annual Travel Review, a dedicated forward-looking conversation that maps the year ahead and captures everything the year behind gave you. The relationship deepens with every trip. That is the whole point.
